Make time for Adoration of the Lord in silent prayer, scripture reading and listening to and singing hymns.
1)
Sit or kneel in silent meditation.
Think on our Lord present in the Blessed Sacrament above.
Get into the spirit by appreciating and worshipping Him with this hymn:

2)
After 10 - 15 minutes, begin to praise and adore him with or without the music.

Spend another 10 minutes on the music and just sing along focusing on the presence of the Lord.

Meditate upon a passage or verse of the scripture. 5 minutes

Other uses
5) Begin and end your prayers praising, worshipping and adoring the Lord.
You can use the music for worship and praise of the lord before you begin your prayers (5 - 10 minutes).
Use it to conclude your prayer session by listening to it or singing along (15 - 30 minutes).
